Only the best and most capable people will work on your display. Everyone is trained to the highest standards by our in-house display managers or through the British Pyrotechnists Association examinations. Going through regular in-house training means our team are fully updated with the latest information available through the British Pyrotechnists Association (BPA).
Jasons passion for providing firework displays stems from the city of Valencia. He adores the artistic side of display design. Jason is responsible for the day-to-day running of Flashpoint Fireworks and is very proud of the company. He has worked hard to find the best display managers for his business and is delighted his team shares his ambitions of providing stunning firework displays whilst offering value for money.
Sarahs integral role keeps the companies wheels turning and also stops Jason buying too many fireworks, 'he's like a kid in a sweet shop' she says. Sarah oversees all the company finances and on-line firework sales during November and New Years eve along with all the admin side of running Flashpoint Fireworks.
Like most, Ian fell in love with fireworks watching his dad light a few in the garden. After doing electrical studies at college, Ian became a lighting director for many top clubs and chart bands. Ian has worked with a few display companies but is now settled with Flashpoint. “The Flashpoint brand has become well-known in the industry and is expanding rapidly. The investment in advanced firing systems and display racks mean we can deliver fantastic displays.”
Anthony has worked with Flashpoint for many years. He has worked on a wide range of displays, and was part of the winning team at the Standford Hall Firework Champions event. Anthony's best childhood firework memories are from bonfire nights in November, from small displays with the family in the back garden or going to local displays in Guildford. Anthony loves a memorable finale and has been known to ask if we can set all the fireworks off in one go!
Harrys love of fireworks started when watching the London New Year’s Eve fireworks on television as a child. He then started buying garden fireworks and putting on small displays for his family and friends. Harry joined the team at Flashpoint back in 2021. Ever since, his passion and understanding of fireworks has grown with every display he has worked on.
Rob still vividly remembers his days as a child, watching his dad light fireworks in the back garden on bonfire night; the cold air, intoxicating smell of burnt gunpowder and the amazingly colourful & noisy magic of the fireworks. The chance to work on professional displays with Flashpoint Fireworks was an opportunity Rob couldn’t miss.
Having worked with Flashpoint Fireworks for a number of years, Simon is now a well travelled display manager. He has had a fascination and passion for fireworks since his childhood, a passion he has never lost and which he continues to enjoy, sharing with our customers all his stories from his travels around the country with Flashpoint Fireworks.
Joe has grown up with his Dad owning a firework company... plus being born at the beginning of November he has no choice really. Joe has worked on many displays and loves to involve his wiring day job whilst helping out on displays. He can normally be found head first in all the wiring on a Flashpoint musical firework display!
Pete joined Flashpoint after attending one of our experience firework display courses we ran back in 2018. His love of fireworks started when he used to buy garden fireworks and put on small displays for his family and friends in their back garden. Pete loves working with a team of like-minded people and providing clients with a magical firework displays.
Wayne joined Flashpoint Fireworks whilst meeting our team at The Scout Association, Gilwell Park. He has always had a love for pyrotechnics. When we asked him to come and work with the team on a professional firework display with Flashpoint Fireworks he jumped at the chance. He really enjoys working with such a great team especially on the Scout displays we do.
Aidan is one of the youngest but most enthusiastic members of the team at Flashpoint. He has loved working with the more experienced team members on some of the larger displays we provide in our busy November season. He also loves the variation of fireworks we use in our displays, espeically the really pretty golden Brocades we use in our finales.
Tyler has now worked for Flashpoint for over eight years. He enjoys working with the team over our busy November season along with his partner. He has loved working with the team over the years and has worked on many of the competition displays we have provided. He worked with the team on the winning display at Stanford Hall back in 2020.
